Plasma Spray Coating System
Main aim of Plasma Spray Coating System is applying a thin and high wear resistance coating on a cheap value workpiece. Coating is being done by powder form material which is melted in an ionised gas environment and pulverized to the workpiece.
Principal of Plasma System:
Plasma is a condensed gas which has equal free electrons and positif ions and generally is called as the forth phase of the matter. Plasma Coating has mainly 2 advantage;
First, it can able to melt every kind of material due to its high flame temperature.
Second, it can able to supply better heat transfer to the other materials.
Plasma System’s high application process temperature allows to work with several type of metals and alloys.Additionally, it can be operated in inert environments. All kind of materials which will be manufactured in powder form and between suitable particle sizes shall be sprayed with this system.
